When I arrived in the Michigan Ave location, I was greeted by a lovely sales associate by the name of Egypt. She was really nice and made this experience extremely enjoyable. Gave me details on how to care for the bracelet in its entirety. Will definitely visit again. Not to mention I was in and out😊

I was not highly satisfied because the 50% off promotion was presented on an almost empty display tray.I understand that they may have sold out, however, I did notice that there were items on display around the store.

I wanted a better variety/selection of gold plated charms. I was looking for a gold charm, preferably one that hangs, that was a crown. I ended up getting a paw charm. I liked the paw selections, but didn't like what they said. I suggest creating a way to be able to further personalize charms. Thank you.

I took my bracelet to have it cleaned and when it came back it didn’t look properly cleaned. Otherwise I was happy with the charms I purchase

Store close to closing time, not enough associates to wait on customers. Went in to buy 1 charm as souvenir for visit to Chicago, only took a few minutes of browsing to find what I wanted but took about 1/2 hour to get waited on and leave the store. Otherwise, experience was fine just super slow service.

The charm pink daisy flow popped off my bracelet the very next day which im so dissappointed a waste of my money
