There wasn’t really a lot of options for my ring size but overall a good experience going there.

i just think the bracelet charms are too small for the price & the charm had fingerprints on them! I only brought it because my daughter want a charm for the pandora bracelet someone else brought for her

No particular reason, just the mood and overall time of day!

My sales associate seemed like she did not want to help me. She was friendly when we walked in but then quickly changed. I think because I look young (22) she assumed I was not going to purchase anything, to her dismay I DID. I purchased over $100 worth. She then started to become a little nicer. I wish she would have been nice all along whether I bought something or not.

I knew what I wanted even thought this is my first purchase from Pandora. I was not all the way sure one the pricing and through me off that was the only thing.

The Associate at the front of the store placed my name on a waiting list. There should have been more Associates at work to service the customers.

The charms seemed expensive and the sales person acted irritated and I spent over 200$

La atención fue muy buena, además de que tienen pleno conocimiento de donde se encuentran las cosas y de como se usan. Sin duda volvería a ir.

It was getting to the store that was the issue. I had to take two trains to the magnificent mile in Chicago. I grew up in the suburbs so I prefer driving.

we were the only clients in the store and the other staff were obviously having a good time laughing and joking around. which is fine but they were quite loud, and at times it was hard to hear or sales associate.
