Associates were busy with other customers but did not even acknowledge that some of us other "potential" customers were waiting to be helped with their purchases. There were 2 other customers waiting for help besides me and one lady finally got upset and walked out. Had I not needed the charm I purchased for yesterday for a gift, I would have done the same thing. At least tell your people to acknowledge that they see us waiting.

It was in a great location in Chicago. The sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean.

When customers purchase Pandora jewelry especially charms they're paying for the name only.Every one knows silver jewelry is not that expensive in general so the prices that Pandora charges for their jewelry is for name only.They don't add much color to their jewelry so while the design of the charms they create might be great,the charm would be even greater if they add more color to the charm to especially show the details of the charm itself which would definitely persuade me to purchase for me or someone else.
