Upon entering the store and explaining I wanted to exchange an item I ordered online, I didn’t feel like the sales associate wanted to help. As a matter of fact she tried to give the transaction to someone else, who tried to give it to someone else who ended telling the first sells associate to take care of it. They appeared to be apprehensive about the return being legitimate.

I went to pandora shop a few time. Most of staff not quite friendly. Today I go to shop again William he is a nice and friendly one.

Lack of item I was looking for, 3rd store without it. The clips I wanted didn't "stop" the bead movement as advertised. Thankfully Pilar was awesome and helped me keep looking until we found ones that worked and didn't try to upsell or push me into something i didn't want, which is why we left the other Pandora mall store yesterday.

We were visiting Chicago, we are from Indianapolis and when I travel I like to visit a store and obtain a charm specific to that store for my Vacation bracelet. I knew which charm I wanted but had to wait on a waiting list for a sales associate to assist me. They should have had someone available at checkout for those coming in knowing exactly which charm. It was hard to maneuver around the store. Other than I thought the specific charm I chose was kind of high priced, $80 I was ok with my visit but could not give it highly satisfied.

I came in merely to purchase a gift certificate and had to wait much longer than necessary for a purchase like this. It was until I stated that I didn’t think I had to wait to be called to purchase a gift certificate was I helped.

I came in to purchase 3 charms, all of which were available. One couldn't be located while I was there and I was asked to return to get the item. Not mad, just inconvenienced!

I felt the sales associate could look in a little bit more knowledgeable and friendly and that the merchant I should be a lot more polished
