It got crowded really quickly when I was there and although the sales associates knew who was next in line, I felt it got a little unorganized--just my perspective, the associates seemed to have it all under control, I just didn't feel that. I also said I wouldn't likely recommend this store or return to it because I was only in town for a few days and don't think I will be in Chicago any time soon.

Some of the staff seemed a little annoyed, but perhaps I'm oversensitive. Also the scissors that were used to cut the bow for my gift were dull and kind of ruined the ends. The gentleman that was helping me was very nice and let me know he was new. I was surprised that no one was next to him to help him out with his own questions.
