I have been in two Pandora stores over the last two days. On Friday, Dec. 16 I was in the Chicago store on Michigan Ave. I was HIGHLY SATISFIED with the service and the knowledge of the sales associate. On Saturday, Dec. 17 I was in the Annapolis store in Annapolis Mall where I was not highly satisfied - the sales staff were slow and there was a very long line and wait.

This year was my first time visiting the Pandora jewelry store and the employees has been very helpful of making sure I knew what I would like. They make sure you're satisfied with the items before purchasing and they bring great energy in the store. I will highly recommend of people coming to Pandora and buy themselves something special!
