Because of the person that helped. In my opinion they need to be excited about the merchandise, most of the time they are but this time the person that helped me didn't have the correct attitude

The sales people just seem like they didn't want to be there.

I don’t think Tiffany was very friendly she doesn’t seem to very good at greeting customers but then she wants to sale merchandise that you are not interested in.
