The charms to view/purchase were not very shiny. There were more than one sales associate helping so it became a bit confusing as to who was doing what. Such as, one was getting my information for cleaning my bracelet and then I had to wait for another associate to help me with the charms I wanted. A third associate had to ask another associate, manager I'm assuming, if my e-gift certificate can be used at this location.

Make sure sales associates are trained properly before assisting customers. They should not keep stepping away asking the other workers questions.

There was a promotion if you spend $100 you get a free ring or earrings. I purchased $100 worth of gift cards and was told I was not eligible. Just felt a little disappointed, as I am a loyal client.

Although my clerk was nice, she was not aware of your full inventory. I visit the brand frequently and the clerk is always willing to build bracelets to create an idea. My clerk made weak attempts to build idea bracelets. Perhaps she was more interested in making a sale, but if she's would have been more willing to build ideas her sale would have been greater.

My husband bought me a bracelet for my birthday with the heart clasp. I have not been able to open it w/o help. I took it back to replace it and the sales person said my return policy had expired. So I had to purchase another bracelet.

Too small of a store. Felt very crowded. Sales associates not As attentive as the ones in water tower pandora. Felt like I didn't matter. Other customers rude as well.

I was very happy that I was able to get in and out quickly. I was not happy after I left to find out that there is a promotion going on and all I needed to do was spend a few more dollars to get a free bracelet. The sales associate did not inform me of this and I would have taken advantage
