Displays were very dusty and display jewelry was very dark and tarnished. Could work on friendliness, no one smiles back the girls look very tired. Greeter was very blunt and not friendly

When I was explaining what I wanted, she had no clue what I was talking about. I had to go on the Pandora website to show her what I wanted. While I was explaining what I wanted, she talked over me a lot. They didn’t know the pricing to things and they had to flip through the booklet, which took a lot of time. The “nice” customer service didn’t seem genuine at all. My friend and I go to pandora all the time, but we will not be returning to this location.

The customer service is lacking at this store. There are not enough Associates. They do not let the guests know to hold on that they'll be with them shortly. They definitely need to do better

The sales person was rude and condescending. She wasn’t able to explain what Pandora Rose was. I wanted to find out what the rings were made of. I wouldn’t have bought anything except for the you g man who offered the information I requested, having apparently heard the downward spiral of the interaction with the girl who was “helping me”. She appeared to be rushed and blamed the “miscommunication “ on me. This was one of the 2 worst interactions I have had this year.

You navigate discounts with all the money you spend and at your location in Orland Park you have to wait extremely long to be serviced Michigan Avenue is not a long waitI believe when you spend so much money you should get discounts at some point of service Not just on occasions especially if your card holder

I was there to hopefully get my hoops fixed. I was told the particular item was discontinued. Wouldn't the natural subsequent suggestion from a sales associate be "can I show you an alternative option / similar item"? This sales associate just stood there after she said it was discontinued. I then asked, "what do you suggest I do, do you have a similar item you recommend?" THEN, she brought out other earrings to show me. I purchased a set of earrings and 3 single-studs, not because of her recommendations but because I had already browsed online prior to visiting the store. However, when I got home, I realized she had given me 2 of the same earrings for the hoops (i.e., 2 right-side earrings, instead of one of each). Now I have to go back to the store to make an exchange and this has definitely caused an inconvenience. I do love all the items I purchased, however. They are all really beautiful pieces. It's just annoying and inconvenient that I have to go back to the store because of a careless mistake the sales associate made.
