I entered the stored and they welcome me very friendly and said someone is going to help me out when they finished another guest . I waited and waited and saw another guest come in after me waiting for a while and saw they were being help before me . I just waited to be help. The girl from the front saw me I was just looking around for assistance and ask me if someone has help and and I said no . She went immediately to find one one to help me . I waited couple of minutes more until I got help . Very disappointed by my experience

My salesperson acted like we were a problem for her because we were making two transactions as it was to of us making purchase.

Salesperson was very standoffish. When she couldn't pressure me into buying more than what I wanted, she acted like she did not have time to attend to me.

Sales staff was not at all attentive. They were talking amongst themselves, I finally had to go ask for help. I love the ring I purchased, but the sales staff was not at all helpful.

I was exchanging a 14kt. gold ring for a smaller size. The sales manager couldn’t find the receipt for about 30 minutes. When I purchased the ring on the same day less than 4 hours prior I requested the receipt emailed. Thus the problem, Pandora can’t just email the receipt it must be requested by the sales associate to email and print.

This is my second trip to this store on Michigan Avenue in the past year. Both times someone "greeted" me and was going to get a sales associate. Two were standing behind the counter and she didn't approach either one. (They were just standing there). I asked if one of them could help me and the one answered that she was in training. The other then said, "I can help you" Not sure why they didn't approach me when they knew I was standing there. The store was not busy.

I recently purchased a charm on-line and it didn't fit the bracelet I have... I tried to get a refund for the purchase and was denied the refund due to this store being a franchise store. Although, the return slip did not indicate the return had to be a particular Pandora store.... I was disappointed as I traveled a nice distance to get to the store...
