When my husband and I entered the store, the sales associate didn’t greet us- she stood there just looking at us. After walking over to her asking for assistance, she seemed disinterested, bothered and confused. I’m assuming she was new, because she had to ask other associates for assistance throughout the whole transaction. I would normally walk out not spending our hard earned money in an establishment with lack luster service, but my husband and I were visiting Chicago from Ohio in celebration of me going back to school. We spent only a fraction of what my husband budgeted for because of the crappy service.

The employee did not seem interested in helping me. She was very nonchalant and unenthusiastic.

The sales person was unfriendly, not very knowledgeable . Reluctant to keep showing us stuff. Very small selection of different types of charms. For example lots and f hearts, Disney but no sports. Tennis racket, soccer ball.

attended blck friday event 30prcnt off entire store: asked to see last chance charms at check out I find out I could not rcv 30%off last chance then they could not honor my 25.00 dollar gift card because you have been missed of course I read the front, said I will use it on black friday on back in small print it says expire 11/19 and back to last chance where is the chance star and Crescent 90.00 I paid 63.00, I am going to contact corporate because I feel something did not add up I feel like you did 100% prcent mark up to give people 30prcnt off

I went at the store and nobody seems to want to help me , I had to ask for help! They weren’t friendly and the girl didn’t told me about the survey! Looks Iike they had a really long day and wore ready to close the store! The girl didn’t say anything about the piece that I want to buy, just took and gave to me.

The experience would have been great however I specifically asked the associate if there were ever any sales the response was no only if you open a credit card. The next day I receive an add for the by two get one special. My purchase would have qualified. This was bad customer service!

The sales associate pushed multiple times to sell me specific charms (Chicago themed) when I said I was only interested in the pet/cat ones.

Her attitude was flat and emotionless and she kept asking if that was all I needed and rushing me to make a decision. I would have purchased additional charms if I was given the chance to look in more detail.

Jewelry selection was not good . I understand it was Mother’s Day so i figured you would be prepared.
