The Associate was not very friendly. She seemed agitated about me wanting to see multiple selections of Mothers Day items.

First was told one thing but I guess the associate didn’t hear correctly and when I stated it was much longer than 90 days was told now they can’t do it exchange my bracelet

Per the email received, my online order was canceled. I went to the store to see if it was in fact canceled or if items were still waiting to be picked up. I asked the sales rep more than once for the order to be checked while I was in the store and I was told more than once before someone checked that it was canceled. The sales rep was busy trying to upsell me because the same items were not available in the store as I was told they would be. Another sales rep who I had previously spoken to on the phone found my order and brought it to the counter. Although I liked the items in the upsell, I was still upset at the way my issue was handled. I have been to this particular store several times. I may try a different store to see if the customer service is better.

I was served by a greeter who had no knowledge of the products and wasn’t able to resolve my questions and didn’t try to get assistance

Extremely disappointed by the sales associate. Was not knowledgeable of the stones. I specifically told her what I wanted in terms of the stone but she did not take that into consideration while showing me the pieces.

The lady that waited on me wasn't friendly, she was rude, I didn't want to spend my money there, but I wanted the bracelet..She was trying to sale me other things without really explaining the merchandise..I wasn't satisfied with my service..

The sales associate seemed rude. She looked like she was very unhappy and seemed mad every time we asked to see new charms.

I entered the store and they had a ladder in front of the doorway. There was hardly any customers there I asked 3 sales associates who were not busy to help and they all told me to hold. For what, I dont know they weren't doing anything. Then one finally told me that another girl would help. I went over to her and told her what I wanted instead of coming over to assist she just pulled the try out and I had to assume I was to go over to her to pick my charm out. I would have left without a charm, but I was visiting and really wanted that specific charm because it was a chicago charm and they didnt have it where I live. Otherwise I would have left after the 2nd sales associate told me to hold. Bad customer service for a place like pandora

The price for a charm was labeled wrong and the sales associate refused to give it to me for the price that was displayed.
