I described in detail the style of charm I was interested in. The sales associate just stood there and didn’t offer to pull out additional charm options/trays to meet my needs from other charms offered that were not in the display cases.

The store did not have enough associates behind the counter To assist. There were 2 greeters who were unable to handle merchandise. Not enough counter space to view items.

The sales associate lost a piece on the tray and blamed my child as if he took it off and stole it. To the point I emptied out his pockets and said he only has his cars no jewelry. The merchandise fell off the tray as she took it out of the display case and another sales associate found it. This went on for about 5 minutes. I have never been treated as if I was a thief until this experience. And there was never an apology from her after the piece was found on her side of the counter.

I am a college student that just finished finals when I decided to go the Pandora for a mother’s day gift, with that in mind I was in running pants and a tee shirt. I was waiting to be helped, when a associate finally came to me, I told her I needed help chose which charm to get, she said I should get both so that I can get a free bag. I told her I didn’t want to get both she walked away from me, so I had to basically help myself and tell another sale associate that I was ready to pay for the charm I wanted.

When entering the store, it had the feeling of a sorority between the sales associates rather than a retail store. Loud, self-absorbed and absent perks. I had to walk around the store trying to catch the attention from someone to get some help.they seemed surprised that I needed help.

Transaction cost just under $125 - promotion of free jewellery box on spends $125+ - assistant wouldn’t even ask Manager if I could obtain this promotion- for the sake of couple dollars! So I didn’t buy both items and therefore you lost a sale.

The sales staff was nice until you asked them questions about promotions and until you told them that you were not going to spend 200-300 in the store.

The sale associate name “Jennifer “ kinda have an attitude on me. I’m a loyalty customer for pandora but im not satisfied with this location service. Others location that i have experience like in NYC or old orchard is a lot more better.

I usually shop online because I have social anxiety. I came to this Pandora location to purchase something that I already knew I wanted (I didn't want to wait to get it by mail if I purchased it online). Tatiana Z. wasn't a pleasant person. She handled the transaction so quick, I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes (maybe less). She didn't ask me any questions, she didn't ask me if I wanted a Pandora credit card or if I already had one. She made me feel like I was making her work. She made me feel like she didn't care. She was judgemental.

When I got got back to my hotel the charms were not in my box.
