Pandora was offering a free bracelet with the purchase of $150. I spent $200 and the free bracelet was not included in my purchase. I’m highly dissatisfied. I’m also considering returning my purchase as well, this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter.

The sale associate that waited on me was rude and agitated. She wasn’t helpful at all. Ashanti may need to take a few mental health days or work in another position within the company were she doesn’t have to interact with customers that often.

The sales lady left my merchandise out of the box. I left the store with a empty box with no charm.

I came into the store with a group of friends and family. After selecting our merchandise we told the associate that we wanted separate transactions. She proceeded to ring it all up together, even though we told her not to. THis caused us to be stuck in the store for over two hours because she overcharged me due to not ringing us up separately. The manager came out and told me she would refund me on gift cards. When I told her I didn't want gift cards she said I'M NOT DONE TALKING. At that point i told her to refund ALL of my money. She took even more time and said she refunded me, but I didn't receive the money in my account. I have disputed this with my card company and will NOT be recommending this location of Pandora to anyone.

Sale clerk completely ignored me, showed me the first set of charms I requested. I asked to see any other Chicago charms and bracelets, She told me to" feel free to browse on my own, they are scattered around the store" . She then went back to a group of associates and started talking to them. They did ask to wait on my friend that was shopping with me, but she told them she was just looking. I was visiting Chicago for the first time and had came in search of a Chicago charm. I felt completely ignored and would have left without, if I had another choice to get the one charm. I only purchased the one charm and a bracelet. I would have loved to purchase more as gifts ,but NOT from this STORE! I love your product and bracelets, I own several, but never have o had your sale associates be so rude!

I called the store prior to my visit to see if a ring was in stock, the associate was so nice. However I felt treated poorly in the store. Some lady bought a charm and they wrapped it so nicely. The lady who helped me literally almost handed me the rings in the box…then goes oh do you want a bag. I thought everything would be packaged nicely without asking. I felt I was treated like I was poor. The lady over the phone was so so so nice to me. I have social anxiety so I didn’t say much to them, I felt awful.

I bought a link bracelet and it kept coming apart, so I decided to bring it to this pandora since I was purchasing a ring. The manager refused to assist me and stated to her sales associate that it was wear and tear. I said the bracelet comes off because the link is loose. I asked to speak with the manager But she refused to speak with me!

I was very satisfied . I was on vacation in Chicago. The saleman was excellent and take his time with me.
