The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items we were specifically looking for. Plenty of help was available but as it is Christmas time the store was busy and we just shortly had to wait.

They were super friendly and welcoming. They take their time with helping you find the right gift. Store really clean.

The wait time was minimal. The store’s staff acknowledged me right away. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable about the product. Every question that I asked she knew the answer to.

When I entered the store, I was greeted by every sale associate. The store was clean & smelled nice! I was given a bottle of water in case I was thirsty. Marcia T is the associate that was helping me. She did an amazing job with helping me pick out a birthday gift for my mother.

The representative my mom and I spoke with was super friendly and willing to help once we entered the store. We were picking out a bracelet as a wedding gift for one of my friends and she was very knowledgable about the products I asked of and the correct sizing for the bracelet I chose.
