Sales associate Caroline gave a horrible impression of your store. Days prior I visited this store and received excellent customer service. The store was not crowded at all today, but felt very rushed through my purchase. Not pleasant at all.

I spent a lot of time at the store selecting items to spend enough money to use the new promotion (50 off $150) the associate even reccommened the new shine collection to me all to find out at the end that the shine products were not included in the promotion. Your associates should be aware of this from the beginning when I brought it to the managers attention she was leaning on the glass counter across from me and just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry.

I was told to leave my bracelet and they will give me a call once it's ready. 4 days later I call and I was informed that they do not call

Was given the wrong price while looking at the pendant. After purchase sales person disappeared before I could put my card back in my wallet. Once emailed receipt was received realized I was charged more than I was told the price was. Went back and asked and all I got was attitude from the sales person. Making it seem like everything was my fault. Would not even listen told me I misunderstood. Sorry I'm looking at Rose Gold why would I want to know the price of silver. She gave me the price of a silver pendant when I asked what the price was instead of giving me the price of the exact pendant I was looking to purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable and very very rude after making a sale. After the sale I was just another one of her suckers that fell for her lies and she did not care about anything after my card was handed back to me. Very rude and disrespectful and I will never visit this store again.
