The employees were very friendly and made sure that we were being helped during our whole trip to pandora. We were assisted rapidly, and were helped with what we were looking for.

My sister and I were in Chicago and decided to get Chicago charms to celebrate this trip. The staff was great, Eliza C didn’t make us feel rushed at all despite the fact that we walked in with 15 mins to the store closing.
