A very nice selection of charms, a bright inviting store and a kind and friendly sales associate. Melissa was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I made my selections.

I was visiting Chicago and went to this location because I could see it from my hotel room. I love the vibe in the store and the amount of associates working at this location. It's a tourist area so Pandora is really prepared. They had multiple exclusive selections so choosing one was difficult which I love. I hope to visit the area again one day and maybe select another charm. I noticed the selection of rings that I have not seen before but unfortunately, my visit really didn't include shopping for more than a charm.

The girls were very helpful, kind and informative!! They helped myself and two friends get exactly what we wanted and a little more :) Unfortunately the store we visited was in Chicago and we live in Ventura, CA so not likely to revisit that store but truly appreciate their assistance!!

The staff inside were awesome. I knew what I wanted, walked in, asked for it and left.

Eliza was great! She was very patient with me and my daughter. She showed us a lot of merchandise. Eliza even offered to clean the Pandora jewelry that I already had on. The staff in the store were very friendly and professional. I always stop in this location whenever I’m in town.
