We were visiting Chicago, we found The store and went in. The clerks was fast and friendly in helping showing several charms with the Chicago logo. Helping us with the purchase with the charms, she also showed us some ring we inquired to see. She also helped us in cleaning our bracelets and putting the new charms on. We left very happy and satisfied.

Customer service was good. Store was clean, organized and had what I was looking for. I felt welcome because of the friendliness and knowledge of customer service.
