I love that the sales associate was very detail in the charms that she sold to me. She also gave me information on how to care for my bracelet and my daughters bracelet. I loved the attention she showed me and how she gave me direction on which charms to choose.

I received help immediately upon entering the store. The sales associate was extremely personable and friendly. I was taken care of and felt confident about my purchase.

The whole staff was amazing to help me pick the right gift for my niece. I cannot complain about the customer service everyone was great.

I was greeted within minutes of walking into the store. The hostess informed me that all the sales women were with customers and that someone would be with my shortly. My interactions with the staff was great. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything. After I completed my transaction, I asked if they were on a commission. She informed me that they were. I explained that I really enjoyed my experience and that I wanted to come back to her. She informed me that she was the assistant store manager and that she would be willing to assist me again but would prefer that her staff get the sales because they are commissioned based. I thought that was extremely kind and generous of her. I will definitely be back. It was my first time in the store and my first time purchasing Pandora items

I was highly satisfied because I love pandora. Pandora is my favorite jewelry place. It’s so pretty inside it gives me princess vibes, I LOVE IT! Pandora also have plenty of options for charms one thing I’ll say is add another variety of necklaces.
