Excellent customer service. Dereka and Kyla were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful as I sought to buy gifts. Dereka also pointed me towards other merchandise that I will be back to buy within the month. This store is always clean, the staff is always inviting and knowledgeable, and there is always plenty of fresh merchandise.

I was very pleased to see the variety of Chicago-themed charms! I already have a glass one from before but the new ones are nicer and I just had to have one. Ashley was an excellent sales associate!

Dereka S was a very nice worker, she greeted us as soon as we came into the store and was waiting to help us. Everyone else was just standing talking.
