Pandora Jewelry

My daughter loves Pandora and bought some gifts for her friends. We received the beautiful bracelets, plus a free one for her. So beautiful! The associate was very nice and showed us some charms for the free bracelet. The only problem is that one of the charms displayed on the wall, which we would have loved to but, was already discontinued.

Associates greeted me as soon as I entered store, answered all my questions clearly and precisely, provided options of which I was not aware, and made entire experience pleasant. Store was immaculate.

I was satisfied because everyone we walk in there , we’re always greeted and asked if we have any questions, we first browse around and then when we’re ready we ask for help and they take no less than a sec for someone to come help.

The friendliness of the associates coupled with their team spirit made my experience so satisfying. I was able to seamlessly make my purchase as well as find out about future items of interest.

I went to the store for a replacement purchase, the service was excellent. The sales lady exceeded my expectation with her assistance. I left with the bracelet, earrings and beads I really wanted.
