I love coming to this Pandora downtown, I'm always greeted and I'm always in and out of the store which is perfect because I already know what I want once I come into the store and the sales associates are all nice/make the process go so perfectly, smooth and have me out of the store at a good time.

The sales associate was patient. I was unsure of the charms I wanted, up knowledgeable about the spacers. She showed me lots of charms to look at.
