Greeted upon walking in, provided hand sanitizer and asked how I could be helped. I was sent to another sales person once I explained I needed a new clip

The sales representative was very helpful and friendly. Her name was Nilufer K. and actually she was the same person who helped my son with a purchase a few days prior to my visit (a birthday gift). She remembered the set he purchased for me, and his face (after I showed a photo of him. With sales reps like her, I defiantly will return back to this location.
