I am highly satisfied first of all I can visit the store on my lunch break because of where the store located or I can park after work and go it is near my place of work. Even though I was use to the one at the Water Tower, the Michigan ave. store is about the same distance, the sales associates were very courtesy, I knew what I wanted to purchase and she showed me, I was in and out in 15 mins.

To be honest I hadn't been in a Pandora store before. I figured I could just order what I wanted online. BUT Serena was so helpful and kind in ways I couldn't imagine. She listened and recommended and never pressured.
