The sales associate name was Egypt. She was extremely friendly, polite caring and knowledgeable. She sold me 3 charms and cleaned my bracelet. She offered me water and a seat while I waited. Make sure you ask for her she is amazing.

The Pandora location on Michigan gave me amazing service. Unlike the Chicago Ridge location I did not have to wait in a line. The service was also very fast and comforting. I entered the store, made my purchase and left within 5 minutes. Which made my day since I had to travel 5 hours after making the purchase

The sales lady Joey was really sweet, she helped me pick out some really nice gifts for my daughter.
