Joey was an amazing sales associate. Very knowledgeable and she was genuinely interested in me as a person. She admired my Star Wars tattoo and we chatted about movies and I shared my Star Wars Wedding story and a picture with her and another gal. I felt no pressure to buy as I was just window shopping and admiring and we actually left and came back after later to purchase my bracelet and charms because I felt such a connection with her and the time she spent with me. She was gone before I returned but I was told she was getting credit for my sale as Arki knew we had shopped with her before. Amazing customer service! Great store! Wish I lived closer so I could shop more often from this one location. It’s a 2 hour train ride for me to come back but I will be back eventually! I’m so happy with my purchase!
