Eirka R (186661) was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about the products. She helped me pick new charms for my bracelet based on personal questions she asked of me. Overall, the store was inviting and appealing to customers (at least me).

when I walk in Pandora everyone greet me with respect and compassion and very helpful and they take they time with helping me find the right I need and I love that and the why I bring a family member or friend so they can get something as well ❤️

Everyone was super friendly in the store, my wife had a couple of bracelets that need to be fix, they looked up the Receipt, and they let her exchange for another bracelet that was in stock at the store
