Sherwanna was the best! I came to the 533 N Michigan location in Chicago, because it was by my job, and I’m so happy I did. She was helpful, attentive, and I so happy I got to experience the limited edition bangle twice! Totally satisfied

Customer service was very good was great right when you walk in and made sure your were happy before you left the store.

I was highly satisfied because a girl named Sasha was our helper and she really helped break down everything about my ring. She also explained that my ring is a set that comes with earrings and a necklace as well and she really knew her stuff. She helped my fiance understand the breakdown from type of diamond to costs and certain charm meanings and which is easiest to deal with.

I was satisfied with no Waite time and I was in the store during black Friday Rush and was so surprised not to Waite even 5min and I informed the sales clerk I was interested in discontinued charms and I was surprise of 30prcnt off plus additional 35prcnt off. Great Sale loved it!!!!

the service was quick and easy! I was helped right away. But the only problem was the associate seemed very uninterested of helping at the very end.

After arriving I had to wait about 5 minutes before Lisbeth the sales lady came to assist me. I was offered a bottle of water that I thought was very courteous, then I was helped by Lisbeth and purchased more items than I had expected.

So basically I walked in the store. I can’t remember her name but it was an African American lady that helped us, she wasn’t heavy set but she had a little weight on her. I told her what I needed and she found something even batter for me.
