Natalia did an amazing job as this was my cousin's 2nd time around coming into the store. To be honest, my cousins were not happy with their first visit as the associate did not seem she was enthusiastic to sell us merchandise and just looked angry to do so. But Natalia changed my impression, and would certainly come back to purchase from her again! Keep it up Natalia!

She also knew what I was looking for before I even knew and she also had knowledge of the items in the store she also helped me with the Weight of my bracelet.my over all experience in the store was good but she made it more memorable and welcoming.
