The sale's associate was very helpful. Everything was nicely put on display. And the overall quality was great.

The rep was very polite and a vast better experience compared to my previous visit. I come to Pandora with the intention of always eventually buying even if it takes me another visit. This sales associate was very tentive, non-judgemental, and I really appreciated their approach and how they handled my requests. I can also say that after a long walk in summer, a different associate offered me water and they were nice as well.

I came in looking for new stacks. Mykela C. asked me about my style FIRST (the types of stacks I liked) and then fave wonderful recommendations.

The moment I walked in, a Sales Associate greeted me. Helped me find the size of ring I was looking for and helped me pick my charm. I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and that is the only reason , I'm sure I will not be returning to this location for at least a few years!! The Sales Associate was lovely and very helpful.

The prices are to high you need to have more sales.

I originally walked in to view the Lion King collection and Toy Story collection. I was immediately drawn to some rose gold earrings. The representative was knowledgeable and had a good eye for detail and matching accessories. she informed me, my bracelet had needed clips, and no other rep has told me that before. She rocks, I will definitely be back to shop with her.

The staff member was very helpful and friendly

I was very satisfied with staff & items purchased & I will purchase more when in St Louis as visit to Chicago is now over.

I spoke to the store manager on the phone during the day and she was friendly and understanding of my concerns related to an exchange. She encouraged me to come in and though she was not at the store anymore, the rest of the team was aware of our exchange. Tiffany was the sales associate that helped me with the exchange and choosing the product (someone else helped me check out). She was patient (I had no idea what I wanted!), friendly, attentive (she focused all her attention on me), knowledgeable (she knew exactly what you had available), and most importantly - she has a great eye for jewelry! I bought exactly what she recommended and she took the time to explain why certain jewelry goes together. I really enjoyed my experience and give big kudos for that to Tiffany.
