The sale person helped me pick out the best options for what I have and to contemplate future purchase down the road she wasn’t pushy but she was informative she also claimed my bracelet and showed me how the bracelet I had was the wrong size because it was gifted to me and showed me the difference between the proper size and the bracelet I have

Caroline was extremely helpful, relatable, funny and very patient with me and my friend. We were also offered water at the perfect temperature while we were shopping. Caroline also went the extra mile to take the beads off of an old bracelet that I had, and transferred the beads to a new purchase.

I was able to get in very quickly and the sales associate was very patient with me being undecided on what exactly I wanted. We were able to put together how I wanted my bracelet and was very satisfied.
