Came back to get another charm to add onto my bracelet. Pilar was very kind and patient while I decide whether or not I was going to get the charm. I got the Cinderella carriage in the end and love it very much!

Sales associate was very pleasant. All of my questions were answered because I had many, and I was pleased with how the sales associate explained the rose care to me. I love my new rose charms
