Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately. The associate recognized my voice from the phone call I had placed earlier and had my item readily available. The best part was that the sales associate offered me some other options that I liked more than what I had chosen. I went with the option presented by the sales associate. EXCELLENT customer service.

I was able to receive the assistance I needed with what I bought. I wasn’t really 100% sure which charm I wanted and the salesperson Keena Jordan gave some great suggestions. She was also very eager to polish my bracelet and charms I already had.

I arrived on my lunch hour. Shopping for a birthday present. Didn't know what I wanted. Didn't know what to do. Sales associate was very helpful and just happened to select a tray with items within my price range without being told. As a result, I bought the birthday present and bought the same item for myself.
