We were greeted by very friendly staff at the door. She immediately took me to Keena Jordan who helped me with my exchange. Keena was so pleasant and made the process so easy. She pointed out the sale which we took advantage of to get an even prettier charm for my bracelet. I love my Pandora!

It was a lot of people in the store but the process was very fast.It wasn’t even 30 and I was in and out.And the costumes service was very helpful and nice.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at pandora because it was Christmas eve and I thought the store was gonna b very crowded and I was gonna b in there for a while but to my suprise it was crowded but the sales associates was getting the people in and out,and it made my shopping experience wonderful.

I love pandora. And, Even though the store was packed you still got your service in a timely manner they were patient and elegant

The person that worked with me was really nice and very helpful. He gave me a bunch of different options to choose from. As soon as I walked in, there was quite a few customers but I was assisted right when I walked in the door.
