The sales ladies were extremely helpful, very friendly and knew exactly what I was asking for. They talked to me about the sales there were going on and even helped find another bracelet. They were not pushy it was just a nice experience.

Marsalis was very attentive to our needs. He also made great suggestions. The store was neat, clean, and well staffed. I feel that the staff was very helpful, but not pushy.

The sales associate was very helpful. I came in with an idea of what I wanted to purchase for my sister but didn't know exactly what it was I wanted. The look I had in my head the sales associate brought it to life. My sister loved her birthday present!

The overall was good. It was just the back and forth looking over items. My partner wanted things that where not on hand but we did order 2 of the items. But the biggest problem was 2 items were supposed to be bought got missed until we open our bag to put her items on. Had to go back and buy the item that was not put on the order. So I had to place that part on another card.

I was attempting to purchase a Disney charm for my daughter's 13th birthday and was disappointed that the only black princess is discontinued (Princess and the Frog). When less popular ones are still in production. Please explain. Thank you.

I got what I wanted

2 charms were not in stock! They were out of the cleaner kit and jewelry box! I paid $400 for a bracelet and 2 charms and I believe the charms was rung up the wrong price from what was posted in the case. We didn't realize it until the next day or something but it was too late to do something about.
