First time in a Pandora store and I was hoping to independently browse and make a selection before working with an associate. I appreciate what appeared to be COVID-19 protocols but I felt like I was only allowed to stand still while one board was brought to me. The selection was slim so my options were limited and I was treated just like the next customer in line which was very different from my experience next door at Kay where the associate was very focused on me and my shopping style.

I had to wait in line for a very long time before entering the store. All the items I wanted was out of stock. The salesperson did not know a lot and had to ask questions to the other representative for everything.

Poor selection of charms. People were nice, but I came to purchase bracelet and charms. Had to settle on my 3rd choice for bracelet and 4th choice for charms
