The Sawa associate was not knowledgeable of the products, and was told items that was needed was not available to order due to store being a franchise. Displease due to my intent was to purchase enough items to receive free bracelet...ad was not able to due to non availability of items.

I have noticed that at this particular Pandora location, sometimes some of the “sales associates” seem to have a little edge about them ,they’re not as friendly they could be, they do know that job well,but they are missing that “ make the customer feel comfortable “ attitude. It’s mostly feels like they might have a little “ I’m better then you attitude “about them . I wish they just were a little more friendly ,but maybe I’ve just run across people that just weren’t having the best day and I realize we’re all human so I didn’t let it affect my purchasing power or my personal happiness at the moment. Thank you.

The sales associate was friendly but with the glass window between us and her accent it was hard to understand her.

I couldn’t see all of the charms that were on display due to social distancing so I would suggest you all have a list and image pamphlet so that it could make the shopping experience better when shopping for a gift.
