They did not have some of the charms I wanted in. Not a large selection of rose gold charms. The 50% off charms were to limited.

The sales associate was very nice and fairly helpful, however I felt she tried to sell items that were more expensive. She didn’t show items that we asked about and said she didn’t have them. But then I would walk around and see several in a different case.

One of the ladies was wiping the iPad for like 5 minutes like it was so dirting. The lady that helped me was helpful but the service was slower.

Brought 4 bracelets to clean and they were not cleaned properly. Had to return to buy a polishing cloth which honestly should have been free! I’ve spent a lot of money at Pandora and even if cleaning is free I was highly disappointed and will not return to the Arbor Place store. The Cumberland store is the best!

It was not the sales peoples fault, due to pandemic waited outside of the store over 30 mins until. A custimer left the store. This would prevent me from visiting the store and rather buy online.
