The salesperson seemed to have an attitude because I asked lots of questions. I was given a catalog while in line but when I got to the salesperson nothing I wanted was available. She had to show me several charms before I got what I wanted . My free gift was left off my purchase and I had to go back into the store and I was on my lunch break . I felt rushed and the 2 sales people kept whispering to each other during my purchase .

The line was not long, the staff were courteous and friendly. with the excpetion of the first person who greeted me at the door who told me right away without checking that they would nto have a bracelt to fit my 5 y.o. but the associated I dealt with was able to show me two options and she ended up making my experience a great one. had it been for the first greeter I would have left the store and not made a purchase. I ended up spending almost $600

My Pandora charms and bracelet had marks in them and looked like the silver was coming off. I told the Pandora representative I wanted to exchange or return them. She said they just needed to be cleaned. So she took it to the back and cleaned them. When she brought it back to me it had the same marks. She said it’s just dirt. Well what sense does that make if you cleaned it, I asked. She was holding the bracelet as if she didn’t want me to inspect it any further. I said just return it. Another representative came over and said it just needed to be polished. She polished it very well and explained to me the process of cleaning. I was thankful for her intervening with her knowledge because the other representative was clueless.
