My sales associate was now very knowledgeable but I'm thinking she was a new hire so that's understandable. All in all I really like this store. This is my second time going there this year and Ive spent close to $500.00 on just two bracelets.

The salesperson wasn’t knowledgeable of the merchandise. She appeared to be new and if she was, I shouldn’t been able to tell it. Also she was not friendly.

This is the 2nd bracelet that has needed a lock to secure the latch from breaking; I was satisfied with the exchange but still a little worried and disappointed that it has happened with 2 different bracelets so I'm not sure that I'd buy another bracelet - more charms? yes, bracelets? likely not

This was my first time ever in Pandora after being recommended by friends and family for years. After receiving my online communication, most of the items I wanted were not available in the store or sold out according to the sales person. The store availability for the charms was little to none that I wanted to purchase. I feel that they should have had the availability of the charms I wanted at this location filled until the last day of the promotion. This location is more convenient to my home.
