The associate was very patient and professional with me. She was showing me charms and didn’t get upset because I really didn’t know what I wanted, but she helped me come up with a theme. She even help me open a bracelet that I had trouble with. I was highly impressed with her people skills.

Every chaarm i wanted was not in store the young lady was kind enough to order the charms yet it is going to take 8 weeks. I do know it is pandemic, yet to many of the same charms. The sales associate was awesome her name is Senserees in the Arbor Place mall in Georgia.

The payment system for credit cards was not working properly, so I had to pay cash instead of using my card.

Nothing against the associate at all she went above and beyond to assist me. The selection of products wasn’t the greatest. The items I wanted to purchase were not available.

The sales associate did not effectively listen. I stated were there to exchange a bracelet and get a bigger size. She asked if I wanted to return it and get something else. I restated what I needed and she gave me the same size as the original. I had to ask her if she could please check the length of the current one and then give me a larger one. It was a lot of repetition

the workers were not concerned about my broken bracelet. they brushed me off as if they could not do nothing about it. they were rude and had a mean mug face. if they won’t show concern or seem happy to be there then they should not work there.

There were like 4-5 employees, and we had to wait in the line for quite some time. There was 1 new employee receiving training while we were waiting as well.
