I was told I was not allowed to return an item because the store manager was not on duty.

There was a very limited selection of charms.

The customer service was great although we had to wait in line for quite some time due to the circumstances of covid 19 . The staff was great with making sure we used hand sanitizer and cleaning off the surfaces after each customer.

Was not able to receive current promotion b/c I was exchanging. But if I had returned the merchandise and then purchased, I could have...

Upon entering the store, I wasn’t greeted. My son and I waited at the counter 5 minutes before someone asked if we needed help. There was only one other customer in the store at the time and two of the three employees were unoccupied.

My intention for my visit to Pandora was to buy my wife a birthday gift. I had her birth stone in mind and was sure enough that they had what I was looking for. But unfortunately they didn't.

I was very satisfied There was no problems. I loved my visit

One of the sale lady was not polite.
