I went to look for a few charms for my daughters 21st bday but couldn’t find the one I wanted Kyniah advised that they had just received a shipment of charms and she saw a 21st bday charm and bought it out the back for me. It was the perfect charm for my daughter to go with the globe we found. She loved them btw so thanks Kynaih went above and beyond and I appreciate that

Great customer service. The assistant manager was very helpful. She also was very helpful and knew where everything was at. Definitely will be returning to this Pandora in the future.
