I generally reserve a highly satisfied rating for an experience that went above and beyond expectations. however, the experience i had met all of my expectations and i left the store happy.

The ladies at this location were very nice, however, they were not knowledgeable of the product offering. I traveled to this store versus an authorized retailer expecting a different experience. Instead most of the time was spent finding charms and prices because the 2 ladies that assisted did not know. Again, they were sweet, but wasted a lot of my time searching.

To me highly Satisfied means perfect and no one is perfect. Satisfied is exactly what it is, and I was satisfied.
