Sales Associate was uncertain about length of chain or how to determine length which affects pricing. I left store wondering if I had been charged correctly.

This was not the case at all. My experience at Pandora was great. Staff was attentive and welcoming.

I came into the store's location on my lunchbreak; hence, the sales associate came off slightly judgemental initially. I explained why I was in the store; she looked me up and seen my purchase history and then her entire demeanor changed, it was like night and day. I took into account that she may be a new associate & overlooked it and focused on enjoying my shopping experience for my fiance. I almost walk out until a later date & time; however my woman deserved the surprise I was cooking up.

Not a large selection of Rose Gold Charms

There was nothing wrong with my visit to this store. I never rate everything on a survey as Highly Satisfied because that would be saying everything is/was perfect and no one is perfect. This is my opinion so everything was fine on this visit.

I wanted more charms to be available in store.

Because there is always room for improvement even when things go great. Although I was satisfied items I was interested in were out of stock, I do not like ordering and having to wait.
