There were no reason why this visit wasn't highly satisfied . Everything went smoothly. The sales associates were very helpful and kind

I purchased the Mickey 90th anniversary charm and the store didn’ Have the gray bag that went with the charm. Had I have known they didn’t have it I would have purchased at Jared’s because they always have the complete promotion. Will think twice about choosing Pandora when Pandora has another Disney promotion.

Took a while for anyone to acknowledge me. Other than that it was a good experience.

Some of the associates were not as knowledgeable about the merchandise as I was but then again, I’ve been a pandora addict since 2003.

I did not feel that they had as much of a selection for the occasion that I was looking for, additionally there were not too many bracelet selections in stock for what I was looking for as well.

I waited more than 10 min for someone to help. They were busy with other clients and I was in a hurry.

I felt that the representative could have been a little more aware of my preferences.

The items I wanted to purchase had been discontinued. Had to choose another item.

The quality and look of the items. Very nice and long lasting
