The associated stated that I would have to send my damaged charm off for a repair instead of completing an even exchange in the store.

It was my first experience at Pandora. I was not familiar with all the store had to offer but the associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with information. The next time I will be prepared with ny selection

Initially the sales associate was attentive upon arrival in store but failed to present options or suggestions in what i was looking for. I picked out a ring and stated i wanted it but he put it back until i asked what happen to it. Also i was looking in the tray for options of getting my daughter a birthday gift, trying to pair a bracelet with rings and he put the tray away as if i was done to bring out another.... i couldn't anything together without actually seeing them together. Also it would be extremely benefical if all the Pandora stores actually used one database for registration of customers rather having to re-register at each different location.

I felt rushed, I was in the store with my daughter, picking out a chram for her birthday, and it seemed like the associate was in a hurry, or didn't really feel like being helpful. Yes, she showed us a few options, but the interaction was off putting to say the least.

Some of the merchandise was improperly priced so when I went to checkout my balance was a lot higher than I expected. I spoke to an associate who said there was nothing she could do about it so that made me have to put the charms back and select different ones.
