I was there to exchange a bracelet that was way too big the sales associate and myself was having a hard time getting the charms off the manager of the store told Ezell associate to tell me that they couldn’t take my bracelet after being in the store for over 45 minutes taking time to take the charms off was very timely unacceptable

The employee was not nice, somewhat brash. She never offered anything other than the 2 items purchased. Felt a bit rushed to make purchase so the next customer standing outside in line could come in.

The wait time was over thirty min. My problem though is nothing is set up for customers who prepay and wish to pick up and walk in ahead of waiting customers. Need a better set up.

We waited in line outside for nearly 15 mins. There were only two sales associates working with one customer each. FINALLY, three extra people came from the back and began to help costumers. If people are in the store, then all available associates should be hands on deck. Covid is not an excuse for poor customer service. I will not wait in line outside the store again for more than 5 mins. Maybe I will try a different location next time.

The employee was not friendly, she wasn’t patient, & acted as if my daughter & I were thieves. Her entire demeanor was unpleasant. I just wanted to get what I was getting & leave.

I recieved a Birthday discount of 10% via email. When I tried to use it in the store, the associate says it's for online purchases only. That makes no sense due to the fact that all of my Pandora purchases have been made in store, not on line. So why wouldn't I have a discount code that works in store?

Customer service was awful. They was rushing u to purchase. Didn't have a big selection of charms.
