Service rep wasn’t very attentive to my concerns with repairs or replacing my items. Although I made a purchase, I didn’t feel welcome.

I understand it was the day after Christmas and the store would be busy. But I felt rushed. Went in to get my daughter sized for a bracelet to go with her charms that she got for Christmas. The sales associate was as helpful as she could've been I assume. I'm not a 100% satisfied with the actual bracelet that we purchased because I'm not sure the size is correct.

Every time I go to Arbor Place Mall they never have some of them items I pick out.

I have visited this store in the past 6 months 3 times. Each time I settled for what I could find, not for what I picked on line before I got there. This location never have inventory.

None of the charms I wanted were in stock at the store

Didn’t have what I was looking for & couldn’t tell if the product would come back until I had to go back in the store & ask more questions instead of them letting me know about it .

First, it takes a very long time to get to an associate. The associate I had kept gazing off and didn’t hear me talking to her. I had to get her attention at least 3 times. I did like the time taken to clean in between patrons.

Didn’t have what I wanted. Told me they had wgst I needed over phone. Gonna take a whole month to get my merch

The sales associate at 1st wasn’t as pleasant. She was a little abrasive when assisting us at first. Erica L. didn’t go out of her way to show us any of Charms. She just gave us book and said pick something out. She said there were 15 trays of charms like she didn’t feel taking any of the trays out.

Rep. Was nonchalant as if I wasnt going to buy anything. Also I came to pick up a order that I told was ready. It wasnt the agent on my receipt that was nonchalant it was a young lady that took my order..awful
